ABSTRACT: As descirbed in the manuscript The impact of anaerobiosis on expression of the iron-responsive Fur and RyhB Regulons we performed a control ChIP-chip experiment in an E. coli strain lacking the transcription factor Fur to identify regions Fur-independent enrichment.
