ABSTRACT: Individual-nucleotide resolution UV-crosslinking and immunoprecipitation (iCLIP) combined with high-throughput sequencing was used to generate a transcriptome-wide binding map of TDP43, FOX2 and hnRNP M in WT and P-KO H9 cells.
