ABSTRACT: TFF1 overexpression in retinoblastoma cell line Y79 Differentially expressed genes and pathways involved in cancer progression were identified after TFF1 overexpression in Y79 cells by gene expression array analysis, underlining the effects on reduced tumorigenicity.
