The miRNA profiling of different adult stage in Moniezia expansa

ABSTRACT: By sequencing, 227 M.expansa miRNAs were identified, of which 162 were new discovered microRNAs in tapeworm. In addition, we found 64 miRNAs (including 28 known miRNAs and 36 new miRNAs) corresponding to 45 potential targeted genes. These genes were related to cell development, reproductive conversion and apoptosis.
