Role of CXCL12-CXCR4 mediated axis during DNA damage response

ABSTRACT: Analysis of genes in DNA damage induced senescence using BrdU as a DNA damaging agent in HeLa cells which can trigger cellular senescence and identifying effect of CXCL12-CXCR4 axis during this process.
