GNPS - A novel iron chaperone complex delivers iron to the cytosolic [2Fe-2S] cluster distribution system

ABSTRACT: PCBP1 and control immunoprecipitates (IP) isolated from HEK293 cell lines treated with ferric ammonium citrate (FAC) or desferal (DFO) were analyzed by LC-MS. Each IP was fractionated by SCX into four fractions and then individually analyzed using online reversed phase chromatography followed by MS/MS.
