GNPS_Pooled fecal samples from iHMP2 dataset

ABSTRACT: Untargeted LC-MS/MS data was collected in both positive and negative ionization mode for pooled fecal samples from the iHMP2 IBD cohort, which includes Crohn's and ulcerative colitis (UC) patients and healthy controls. A HILIC column was used for positive data and a C18 column was utilized for negative data.
