GNPS Comparative analysis between two northwestern mexican plants

ABSTRACT: We performed an untargeted metabolomic analysis on two plants from the northwest region of Mexico: Moringa oleifera and Aloe vera. Additionally, we incorporated a third cohort consisting of a blend of both plants. They were analyzed with LC-HR-MS/MS in positive ion mode with data-dependent acquisition.
