ABSTRACT: Multiple species of symbiotic Anthozoa sampled under distinct environmental conditions, mainly during the marine heat wave of 2024. In addition, samples of other aquatic symbiosis systems. Species include: Isopora palifera, Desmophyllum pertusum, Alcyonium digitatum, Luidia sarsi, Cladocopium goreaui, Durusdinium trenchii, Chaetoceros affinis, Richelia sp. Untargeted LC-MS/MS acquisition was performed on a Vanquish Flex UHPLC system coupled to an Orbitrap Exploris 240 (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany). Chromatographic separation was performed on a Kinetex 2.6 um 100 A pore size Polar C18 reversed phase UHPLC column 100 x 2.1 mm (Phenomenex, Torrance, CA)
