Proteomics Analysis of Aspergillus niger 3.316 under Heat Stress


ABSTRACT: The current study explored the intracellular proteome profile of A. niger 3.316 in group T (50℃ stress) and group C (30℃ treatment) using two proteomic approaches (iTRAQ and label-free). The iTRAQ proteomic analysis is the main part of our study. The label-free part is an additional explanation part, and we only focused on 77 proteins with significant changes in protein expression levels.
