Proteomic characterization for thymus and spleen in immuno-suppressed mice with 10-hydroxydec-2-enoic acid treatment
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: In order to elucidate the molecular basis of 10-hydroxydec-2-enoic acid regulating immunity, immuno-suppressed mice were generated by cyclophosphamide induction, then treated by 10-HDA, and the proteomes of the thymus and spleen, the immuno-organs, were characterized with a mass spectrometry-based strategy.
