Proteins differentially expressed during limonene biotransformation by Penicillium digitatum DSM 62840 were examined using iTRAQ labeling coupled with 2D‑LC–MS/MS


ABSTRACT: In this study, a relative quantitative comparison of proteins that are differentially expressed at two time points during limonene biotransformation (0 and 12 h) is performed using iTRAQ combined with LC–MS/MS. It provides a basis for further study of the molecular mechanism of limonene biotransformation using Penicillium digitatum DSM 62840.
