ITRAQ of Antrodia camphorata S-29


ABSTRACT: Protein quantification by iTRAQ was carried out according to the method of Lu et al. (2017). Equally mixed peptides were analyzed by Majorbio Biopharm Technology Co., Ltd. The mixed peptides were preseparated via a C18 reversed-phase column and analyzed via liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
