Proteomic analysis of exosome-like vesicles isolated from saliva of the tick Haemaphysalis longicornis

ABSTRACT: In this study, extracellular vesicles were isolated from tick saliva and were analyzed for the presence of proteins. LC-MS/MS identified proteins within tick-derived EVs which may be used by tick in modulating host responses.
