Melatonin-induced changes in proteome of grape berries during cold storage

ABSTRACT: Grape clulsters were treated with 5 µl melatonin after harvesting and the clusters treated with water were used as control. Then the berries were stored at 0 centigrade. The berries after 30 days of storage were subjected to proteome analysis. Three bilogical replicates were performed for each treatment.
