The LC-MS/MS data of EVs derived from Talaromyces marneffei


ABSTRACT: Our experiment showed that the immunostimulatory effect of EVs derived from Talaromyces marneffei(TM) was significantly weaken with protease pretreatment, but not in pretreatment with dsDNA and RNase A hydrolase. To further investigate its protein composition, EVs derived from TM were further analyzed by LS-MS
