A BioID-mediated proximity-labeling of human DTX2


ABSTRACT: To identify human DTX2 proximal proteome, the BioID-DTX2 fusion protein was expressed in DTX2 KO HeLa cells. The biotinylated proteins were pulled down and subjected to mass spectrometry analysis.

Most tumor cells reactivate telomerase to ensure unlimited proliferation, whereas the expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (<i>hTERT</i>) is tightly regulated and rate-limiting for telomerase activity maintenance.
