Study on phosphorylated proteins in kidney of mice infected with Babesia


ABSTRACT: The dynamic changes of phosphorylated proteins in the kidney of mice infected with Babesia were studied by using DIA quantitative proteomics. The mechanism of renal damage, defense and repair after infection was discussed.
