Proteins functioning in Se treated wheat seedlings


ABSTRACT: The experiments were used to detect the proteins functioning in Se treated wheat seedlings. 2-week-old wheat seedlings in hydroponic solution were treated with Se for 0 h, 3h, and 12h, respectively. The whole plants of these treated seedlings were collected and used for the protesomic analysis.
