Proteins and pathways associated with hypoxic adaption of yaks based on proteome data


ABSTRACT: Responses to hypoxia and adaptive mechanisms have attracted increased attention in many fields. The aim of current study was to investigate the lung tissue proteomic data of yak hypoxic adaption. Proteomic data were generated from lung tissue of the 9 yaks living at three different altitudes with Zaosheng cattle as lowland control.
