Proteomic and phosphoproteomic profiling of COVID-19-associated liver injury: a report based on rhesus macaques
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Almost 50% of COVID-19 patients have symptoms of liver injury. To explore the molecular mechanism in the livers after SARS-CoV-2 infection, we performed LC-MS based proteome and phosphoproteme analysis using liver tissue samples separated from rhesus macaques.
