Proteomics of m6A-High and m6A-Low LUAD tissues


ABSTRACT: The dataset includes the sequencing data of m6A-high and m6A-low LUAD tissues, each of which contains five biological replicates. A total of 3437 protein groups were obtained, 407 differential proteins were obtained . Exerllent repeatability for different biological replicates is indicated based on PCA analysis. Protein molecular weight distributes from 0 to 200 kDa. The rate of peptide coverage is focused on 0-10%, followed by 10-20%.

<h4>Background</h4>Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD)  is the most common subtype of lung cancer. Patient prognosis is poor, and the existing therapeutic strategies for LUAD are far from satisfactory.
