Circulating Proteome Profiling Identifies the Hub Proteins and Biological Processes in Ischemic and Non-ischemic Dilated Cardiomyopathy
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The following three groups of 15 subjects were selected for TMT quantitative proteome analysis and identification of differentially expressed proteins. Group A: 5 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy caused by myocardial infarction; group B: 5 patients with non ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy; group C: 5 healthy controls. ITRAQ method was used for quantitative proteomic analysis of TMT and identification of differentially expressed proteins. The main detection contents include: total protein extraction, protein quality inspection, TMT labeling, fraction separation, TMT quantitative proteomic mass spectrometry detection and analysis, protein function analysis and differential protein quantitative analysis and identification.
