Proteomics analysis reveals the regulatory network hubs of flowering time in orchardgrass

ABSTRACT: In order to find out the key proteins in flowering time, proteomic analysis was carried out on the early-flowering and later-flowering orchardgrass at different development stages. Subsequently, the key genes related to proteins in flowering time of orchardgrass were identified and verified by co-analysis with other omics.
