Quantitative Proteomics Reveal the Protective Effects of CuraUltra Against Alzheimer’s Disease via Modulating the Expression of Synapse-associated Proteins in Mouse Model

ABSTRACT: To identify the potential molecular mechanism responsible for the effect on CuraUltra treatment, label-free quantitative proteomics by tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) were performed, which provides in depth characterization of protein profile changes . Critical altered proteins were validated by qPCR and Western blot.
