<h4>Backgrounds</h4>The stimulator of interferon genes (STING) is an important driver in various inflammatory diseases.<h4>Methods and results</h4>Here, we have demonstrated that inhibition of RIPK3 and MLKL dampens STING signaling, indicating that necroptosis may be involved in sustaining STING signaling.
