Heavy grazing significantly reduces <i>Stipa grandis</i> growth. To enhance our understanding of plant responses to heavy grazing, we conducted transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolic analyses of the leaves of non-grazed plants (NG) and heavy-grazing-induced dwarf plants (HG) of <i>S. grandis</i>.
