ABSTRACT: This study aimed to investigate the global effect of Chinese medicine formula Pien Tze Huang on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) compared with the anti-tumor agent sorafenib based on tandem mass tag label proteomic and phosphoproteomic analysis in addition to parallel reaction monitoring verification.
