LC–MS hits of NcGrx5 proximal proteins by using BioID


ABSTRACT: NcGRX5-BirA* or Nc1 parasites were grown in medium containing 160 μM biotin for 24 h. The parasites were then harvested and lysed in RIPA buffer. The biotinylated proteins were captured using streptavidin magnetic beads. Mass spectrometry was used for the biotinylated proteins the biotinylated proteins.
