DIA-based raw mass spectrometry proteomics data of oviduct in goat


ABSTRACT: DIA-based LC-MS/MS method was used to obtain follicular and luteal phase proteomics data from the oviducts of high- and low-fertility goats, and to mine the oviducts for biomarkers that regulate fertility in goats through bioinformatics analysis of differential proteins.
