Metabolites of Sphingomonas sp. PAH02 under cadmium and / or phenanthrene stress


ABSTRACT: This project unraveled the molecular mechanism of adaptive changes of strain PAH02 in the process of absorbing Cd and degrading Phe by Tandem Mass Tags proteomic technologies.The results show that strain PAH02 significantly upregulated the levles of proteins such as MerR and aerC to ensure energy utilization and cellular integrity under the stress of Cd-Phe co-contaminant.
