ABSTRACT: In this study, iTRAQ(isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation) was used in combination with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) to study potential changes in silent LncDACH1 on mouse VSMC proteomic profiles.
