Proteomic analysis on the role of interferonβ in RAW cells


ABSTRACT: In this study, chronic periodontitis was simulated by establishing a LPS induced RAW 264.7 cells model. In order to investigate the role and the mechanism of macrophage-induced IFNβ in reducing inflammation and protecting periodontium in patients with chronic periodontitis. IFNβ was added to the cells to investigate the changeable proteins to investigate the relationship between proteins and biological functions.
