ABSTRACT: The 4D label free proteomics of membrane vedsicles (MVs) of Staphylococcus aureus RN4220 and the mutants RN4220-ΔHld, which the 20th base “C” in the hld gene was changed to “G” to achieve a stop codon TGA and result in a truncated translation of Hld, and RN4220-ΔagrA, which agrA gene was deleted.

<h4>Background</h4>Membrane vesicles (MVs) are nanoscale vesicular structures produced by bacteria during their growth <i>in vitro</i> and <i>in vivo</i>.
