Proteomics reveals benzene-caused spleen injury


ABSTRACT: Benzene is a toxic environmental pollutant that can disrupt the immune system of the human body. Benzene exposure has been reported to reduce immune cells in multiple immune organs. This study used quantitative proteomics to depict benzene-induced spleen injury.
