Proteomic analysis on the role of ZBT21

ABSTRACT: We transfected the DNA fragments into hek293T cells, used beads to precipitate the DNA, eluted the DNA-binding protein, and performed quantitative mass spectrometry to identify that the ZBT21 protein specifically binds to cAMP response element.
