Comparison of seed proteome of weak dormant rice variety Zhonghua11 and strong dormant rice LL at the beginning of harvest

ABSTRACT: Rice seed dormancy is an important agronomic trait, but its regulation mechanism is not very clear. In this experiment, the proteome of weak dormant Zhonghua11 and strong dormant LL was determined at the beginning of harvest, and the differentially expressed proteins were analyzed to try to find out the key regulatory genes.
