TMT-based Proteomic Analysis of Platelet-rich Plasma between Healthy Adults and Children.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is an autologous, plasma component that contains a supraphysiological concentration of platelets, leucocytes, growth factors, and other bioactive proteins such as cytokines and chemokines that can be delivered to the site of injury. In this study, we highlighted the differential composition of PRP between healthy children and adults by TMT-based quantitative proteomics.
