ABSTRACT: This project use the Isotope-labeled relative and absolute quantitative TMT (Tandem Mass Tag) technology, a peptide in vitro labeling technology developed by Thermo Fisher Scientific to identify the protein levels in visceral adipose tissue of women with polycystic ovary syndrome and control.
