AMPK targets PDZD8 to promote carbon source shift to glutamine

ABSTRACT: This project contains the raw MS data that identified PDZD8 as a substrate of AMPK on the MAM of ER-mitochondria contact. They also revealed that site T527 is an AMPK-phosphorylation site.
