MS data for uterine luminal epithelia on day of pregnancy in mice


ABSTRACT: The uterine luminal epithelia were isolated by trypsin digestion firstly and then squeezed out. Protein lysis from luminal epithelial cells on D4 10:00 and/or 17:00 were digested, and subjected to liquid chromatography-MS.
