Proteomic analysis of eelgrass seed germination


ABSTRACT: We analyzed the features of proteome profiling of eelgrass seed germination stimulated by low salinity based on 4D lable-free proteomic analysis. The molecular mechanism of eelgrass seed germination kinetics revealed in this study is of great significance to the study of seagrass seed biology.

<h4>Background</h4>Zostera marina L., or eelgrass, is the most widespread seagrass species throughout the temperate northern hemisphere.
