Proteome-wide identification of S-sulfenylated cysteines response to salt stress in Brassica napus roots

ABSTRACT: We performed an iodoTMT-based proteomic analysis to identify the redox sensitive proteins in vivo under salt stress in Brassica napus. Totally, we obtained 1,348 sulfenylated sites in 751 proteins. Here we will provide the MS data of iodoTMT labeled peptides under both control and stressed conditions.
