ABSTRACT: In the present study, we used two-dimensional high-resolution mass spectrometry to investigate changes in the urinary proteome during the early stages of multiple sclerosis in EAE rat models. Urine samples were analyzed by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) before the onset of disease symptoms (day 7).
