Proteomics analysis of guinea pig skin in melanin deposition model

ABSTRACT: Differential expression of proteinomic changes and key signaling pathways in the skin of guinea pigs that were subjected to two distinct modeling methods that led to melanin deposition. These two modelling methods are pure ultraviolet radiation method and combined ultraviolet radiation method with progesterone.
