N-glycosylomics and secretome identification in Colletotrichum graminicola


ABSTRACT: In this project we identified the N-glycosylation proteins by label-free quantitative proteomics during vegetative hyphal growth (VH) and in planta invasive hyphal growth(IH) of Colletotrichum graminicola.Functional analysis reveal N-glycosylation might regulate protein secretion by target Endoplasmic reticulum chaperone. Then we also performed a label-free quantitative secretome analysis in WT and one ER chaperone delete mutant to explore the function of N-glycosylation in protein secretion.
