Molecular Choreography of Acute Heat Stress in the High Temperature Simulated Environment
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We performed a comprehensive study on 10 extensively studied mine rescue team members before and after a 30 minutes stay in the high temperature simulated environment, utilizing longitudinal multi-omic profiling. To carry out the multi-omics analysis, intravenous blood samples were collected at various time points: before exposing the members to acute heat stress, as well as at 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 24 hours during the recovery process. In-depth proteomics profiling was performed on each sample.
