Comparative study of extracellular proteins produced by Trichoderma reesei strains


ABSTRACT: In order to study the effects of cultivation condition and/or genetic engineering on the composition of extracellular proteins, the proteins produced by Trichoderma reesei strains were identified and quantitified by LC-MS/MS.
