Proteomic data of 8 strains Phaeodactylum Tricornutum under grazing stress compared with control group


ABSTRACT: Proteomic data of 8 groups of samples from four strains of Phaeodactylum Tricornutum, which were respectively control group and grazing stress group. Four strains of P. tricornutum (CCAP 1052/1A, CCAP 1052/1B, CCAP 1055/3, CCAP 1055/7) were provided by Génomique, Environnementale et Evolutive Section 3 CNRS UMR8197, Institut de Biologie de l'ENS (IBENS).
