Proteomics of callus tissue during fracture healing with and without shear stress
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We established a closed tibial fracture model using male Japanese white rabbits and divided them into elastic fixation group (shear stress) and rigid fixation group (no shear stress) based on different fixation methods. Two weeks after operation, X-ray examination and pathological examination of callus tissue were used to evaluate fracture healing. Then we examined the differentially expressed protein in the callus by employing proteomic.
